Reserve NAU’s Cline Library assembly hall for your next event
Cline Library’s assembly hall is one of Northern Arizona University’s most versatile venues and an ideal space for group functions, including:
- lectures
- conferences and meetings
- orientations and training sessions
- film screenings and film festivals
- small-scale performances
How to reserve Cline Library’s assembly hall
- NAU departments—schedule the hall for an event through the Campus Events Form
- NAU student groups—schedule your event through Student Unions and Activities.
- Unaffiliated organization—fill out and submit an event request form

- AirMedia wireless streaming from any mobile device
- ListenTech assisted listening system, portable listening receivers, stereo headphones, and neck loops compatible with T-coil hearing devices
- Audio output press feed available by media distribution system; contact us in advance to ensure compatibility

Rates Accordion Closed
Group | Description | Rate |
---|---|---|
NAU Internal Rate | Conference, event or meeting organized and planned by a NAU department. A Certificate of Liability insurance may be required. Payment must be done through interdepartmental billing. | $350, plus Labor Fee ($15 per hour for each staff person scheduled). |
NAU Student Group | NAU recognized student clubs, groups, and organizations. Student organized events must be requested through Unions and Student Activities prior to event date. | $225 (Includes Labor)* *Labor is included for events 5 hours and less. |
Non-NAU External Rate | Non-NAU organization. Event is open to outside guests. Educational and non-profit groups that provide 501C3 status documentation are eligible for a 20% discount. | $700, plus Labor fee ($15 per hour for each staff person scheduled). |
