Hold your event at Cline Library
We offer a wide variety of rooms and spaces to meet the needs of the Northern Arizona University campus community.
Please note that capacity and availability of spaces in the library will be affected by COVID-19. Current room capacity is subject to change.
Premiere spaces
Cline Library Assembly Hall, with a capacity of 418, is an ideal space for group functions, including lectures, conferences and meetings, orientations and training sessions, film screenings and film festivals, and small-scale performances
The Learning Studio, which seats 70 is an ideal space for instruction related events such as writing workshops. It is an advanced technology space which supports active learning and group work.
The MakerLab, with a capacity of 25, is an ideal space to host making related events including fix-it clinics, intro to 3D design classes, electronic prototyping events, and much more.
Multi-purpose rooms
These rooms are intended for large groups who need to meet and have multi-media presentation equipment as well as white boards and modular seating.
Room 131 has a capacity of 30 and includes a projector, screen, computer and streaming capability. The room has configurable furniture and whiteboards
Room 200 has a capacity of 45 and includes a projector, screen, computer. The room has configurable furniture and whiteboards
Open Spaces in the Library
Cline Library also provides many open spaces such as our lobby, foyer and much more. Past events have included tabling, student orientations, etc. Please contact us and let us know what type of event you would like to hold at the Cline Library
