Cline Library Social Media Policy
The Cline Library community is a large online community. Our social media is a space for our users to easily connect with one another and to engage with Cline Library. Cline Library welcomes participation and encourages users to post, comment, and interact with others through commentary that is responsive to Cline Library posts.
Cline Library respects the freedom of speech and First Amendment rights of our online community. While it’s okay to voice an opinion, complaint, or disagreement with one another, we ask you do so in a constructive manner. If we become aware of content that is intended to discriminate or harass, infringe someone’s rights, or are a violation of law, we reserve the right to remove them.
The Cline Library Communications Committee will react to and/or respond to comments and messages on our social media platforms. If any comments or messages violate Cline Library’s commenting policy, we will delete or hide them and escalate the issue to the appropriate people.
