| NAU Student Group | NAU recognized student clubs, groups, and organizations. Student organized events must be requested through Unions and Student Activities prior to event date. | $225 (Includes Labor)* *Labor is included for events 5 hours and less. |
| Non-NAU External Rate | Non-NAU organization. Event is open to outside guests. Educational and non-profit groups that provide 501C3 status documentation are eligible for a 20% discount. | $700, plus Labor fee ($15 per hour for each staff person scheduled). |
