Other important information
Apply for a library account
- Arizona residents can apply for a free library account.
- Faculty and staff may also apply for a proxy card that allows others to check out materials on their behalf.
- All users can add minor children to their library account.
Renew your library materials
- You can renew your eligible NAU library materials online through My Account as long as someone has not placed a hold on it.
- You can renew document delivery items if allowed by the lending library.
- Laptops can be renewed by visiting our laptops & equipment page. We must have 5 laptops in stock before renewals can be made online.
Holds
- Physical items in the library can be held for you using our Quick Search by selecting the Request option (sign-in required).
- Physical items that are not in our collection may be requested through our document delivery service, and can be picked up at the Ask Us desk.
How to return your items
You can return your materials to the following locations:
- The Ask Us! Desk.
- Book drop located inside entrance doors on the right.
- Book drop outside the library building, to the left of the entrance doors. The drop is available 24/7, including during holiday closures.
