The seventh edition of the APA Publication Manual was released in the fall of 2019. There are important differences between the 7th & 6th editions. Purdue OWL has a shortlist of changes for academic papers and the Introduction to the APA 7th edition has a more detailed list of changes. Always double-check your citations & paper requirements for accuracy.
