Join us Nov. 29 for “Creating a Resilient Watershed: The Mighty Colorado from Source to Sea”, a program featuring conservation photographer Dave Showalter. Showalter’s latest book, LIVING RIVER: The Promise of the Mighty Colorado, illustrates how we can create a resilient watershed by changing our relationship with water.
The century-old Colorado River Compact expires in 2026. As seven states renegotiate the river’s management guidelines, Showalter will take us on a journey through the endangered Colorado River.
The event takes place Wednesday, Nov. 29, at 7 p.m. in the Cline Library Assembly Hall. It is free and open to the public. Learn about visitor parking.
