The big move-in day is just around the corner! To help you prepare for a smooth and positive move-in experience, please review the following information and related links in the sidebar.
Campus living communities (CLCs) will open for the Fall semester on Wednesday, August 21. Classes begin on Monday, August 26.
Moving in
Review the information on our preparing for move-in page, where you will find the what to bring list. Consider also learning about renters insurance to protect your belongings. Then visit University Transit Services and learn about why you may not actually want to bring your car.

Help your move-in go smoothly by packing smart. You likely already have most of what you will need! Avoid over-packing and limit belongings to one carload. Utilize the what to bring list and watch this quick video to help you decide what to pack.

- Always ensure cars are parked between designated stall lines (two white lines).
- Parking is not permitted in fire lanes, disabled stalls, service vehicle stalls, pedestrian walkways, or bus lanes.
