Campus Living card access request
You are requesting access to our student’s living environment – their home away from home. Please be respectful of the student’s spaces when you enter our halls.
All employees and affiliates requesting access to the living communities must complete the online Card Access Request Form.
Once submitted, the employee will receive an email with instructions for verification. The form will then be sent to the supervisor for approval. Once the supervisor approves, the form is then routed to Campus Living for approval and card access is granted. The employee will receive a confirmation email when the access has been applied to their JacksCard. For questions about the process or help with the form, please email HRLCardAccess@nau.edu.
