Laundry is now rolled into your housing rent rate and will no longer be charged at the point of service.
Machine malfunction
If a machine is malfunctioning, call the number on the machine or go to CSC ServiceWorks and enter the Machine ID.

Because of the beautiful Flagstaff climate, many places, including living communities, do not have air conditioning. Heating for the cold months is typically activated in October through April. The heating units in each community vary. Below are the standard thermostat setting for indicated buildings:
- Allen/Cowden – 5
- Calderón – 3
- Campus Heights/McKay/Pine Ridge/South Village – 64
- Gabaldon/Tinsley/Wilson – High
- Gillenwater – 70
- Honors College – 68
- McConnell – 3
If your community is not listed above, your heat is controlled centrally. Make sure the vent is open and that any windows are securely closed.
