Standards of Residence

This policy establishes behavioral standards for Northern Arizona University’s residential facilities. Upon signing a University housing contract, all residents agree to abide by these requirements and expectations, which supplement the Student Code of Conduct. All residents are required to familiarize themselves with this policy. Violating these standards can result in loss of the privilege to reside in University housing.
