My name is Robert Thorpe
I am a Senior IT Service Analyst with Campus Services and Activities
Robert has been instrumental in improving processes and building new features and functionality that impact the student experience.
He has been presented with several challenges including on boarding a new dining point of sale system, integrating robot delivery service, creating an online ordering system for students in isolation during the COVID pandemic, and integrating systems to bring the JacksCard to the Apple Wallet.
Robert has risen to these challenges and has surpassed expectations! His work ethic, talent, creativity, and leadership are an invaluable asset to the CaPCOT team.
