has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide a
convenient web-based method for students and alumni to request official transcripts.

select Official Transcript Request from the Other Academic drop-down list
in the Student Center.
Non-current students must
go through the Clearinghouse Welcome Center.
Alternatively, students and alumni can complete the Official Transcript Request Form and mail or fax it to Northern Arizona University according to
the information listed on the form. The form can also be submitted in
person at the transcript window in the Gammage Building. Transcripts are
$10 each in addition to the following delivery options: 2-day pickup (no
additional charge), 10-day mail (no additional charge), 8-day rush mail ($10), FedEx delivery to all 50 states ($30), FedEx International delivery ($50.00).
PLEASE NOTE: No requests are accepted over the phone. Official
transcripts are individually sealed. If a transcript is sent to a student and
the envelope is opened, the transcript becomes unofficial.
