2022-2023 Academic year housing rates
The rates listed are for the 2022-23 academic year (August-May). Rental rates include all utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash), high-speed wired and wireless internet, and free laundry. The “rent rate per resident” listed below is divided into six (6) installments over the academic year (three per semester). Please review the license agreement for additional details.
Rent charges for the fall semester are due:
- August 22, 2022
- September 15, 2022
- October 15, 2022
Rent charges for the spring semester are due:
- January 9, 2023
- February 15, 2023
- March 15, 2023
Rates have been approved by the Arizona Board of Regents.

- Designated private rooms (designed for one occupant) in traditional CLCs are billed at the published rate plus an additional $750 per academic year. If available and offered, a private room buyout option for traditional and suite-style CLCs (room designed for two occupants, but rented by one occupant) is billed at the published rate plus an additional $1,500 per academic year. - Discounted triple rooms (for three occupants) offer a $1500 discount on the academic year double room rate for that community.

- Gillenwater, Raymond, and Roseberry = Academic year housing rate of $5,712
