Professional Licensure Disclosure Statements

In accordance with federal requirements and as a member of the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement participating institution, Northern Arizona University provides public and direct Professional Licensure Disclosure Statements as set forth in this policy. Academic program leaders who operate units that offer education programs that may be reasonably assumed to lead to professional licensure, certification, or endorsement are responsible for determining whether its curriculum meets the state educational requirements for professional licensure or certification in states where their students are located and for maintaining the accuracy of this information as listed in the Professional Licensure by State Table, which the University is required to publish as part of its disclosure of student consumer information.
