National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NSSLHA)

NSSLHA is a pre-professional membership association for students interested in the study of communication sciences and disorders. NAU/CSD has an ever-growing student organization and we are always happy to share our organization with students of all disciplines.

Meetings

NSSLHA meetings will be held Mondays at 5:30, Room 320 in the Health Professions building (#66). If you’d like to attend a meeting, please contact the NSSLHA Advisor, Dr. Mary Towle Harmon (Mary.Harmon@nau.edu).

Events

NSSLHA is involved in lots of fun events! We participate in the Next Chapter Book Club, make Valentine’s for local residents residing in assisted living facilities, read books with the kids at Barnes and Noble, participate in free speech/language screenings for Kiddie Clinic and sponsor different fundraisers for local non-profit organizations. Please check out the NSSLHA board for more events!
