  3. Apply to CSDCAS: https://csdcas.liaisoncas.com. Applications must include:
    • A personal essay that addresses the prompt “What is the most valuable life lesson you have learned so far, and how will this contribute to your success as a graduate student in the NAU Clinical Speech Language Pathology program?”
    • Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. This includes transcripts from any foreign institution taken as part of a study abroad program.
      • Official transcripts must be sent directly to CSDCAS from the colleges or universities to:
        1. CSDCAS Transcript Processing Center
          PO Box 9113
          Watertown, MA 02471
      • Official transcripts are not required for the NAU Grad College at the time of applying.
    • 3 letters of recommendation. Please note: requests for letters from CSD faculty should take place no later than Oct. 1 to allow sufficient time for letter development.
      • Full-time applicants: at least two letters from CSD faculty are strongly recommended for students applying to the Full-time track.
      • Full-time Leveler applicants: at least two letters from academic faculty are strongly recommended for students applying to the Leveler track.
      • Summer applicants: at least one letter from an SLP supervisor or other employer should be included for students applying to the Summer track.
  1. GRE scores are now optional.
    • A lack of GRE score will not put an application at a disadvantage. Applicants who feel their score will reflect positively on their application are welcome to include it. However, if an applicant doesn’t feel it would help their application, there will not be a penalty for not including it.
    • If you choose to submit scores, request that ETS send your official GRE scores to:
      • 6964 Northern Arizona U CSDCAS
    • Scores should only be sent to the CSDCAS application and should not be sent to the NAU Graduate College application.
  2. All applications for all tracks are due by January 15th 2023 at 8:59pm PST (11:59pm EST).
    • CSDCAS applications must show the status ‘Complete’ by January 15th and ‘Verified’ by January 30th.
