Like Ripples From Pebbles: The Interplay of Individual and Environmental Factors on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
In this talk, Nicholas A. Smith, Ph.D., Assistant Professor in the OHSU-PSY School of Public Health, will present findings from three projects highlighting the experiences of transgender individuals, women veterans with a history of military sexual trauma/assault, and long-term survivors of HIV/AIDS to highlight the importance of authenticity, coworker support, and the power of achieving a generative legacy through work.
