Human Resources Management, Undergraduate Certificate

Are you good at dealing with people?  Are you the type of person who is genuinely interested in helping others reach their strongest potential?  Do you want to help businesses manage their most expensive resource, the employees who work in these organizations?  If you are interested in managing human resource performance, then a Human Resource Management certificate could be perfect for you. Human resource specialists are valuable to the success of both large and small businesses, as they work with employee selection (hiring and firing), training and development of those employees, as well as managing compensation and performance appraisals.

This undergraduate certificate serves business and psychological sciences majors who are interested in pursuing a career in human resources or industrial-organizational psychology. It includes coursework from both business and the psychological sciences related to human resources and has an internship opportunity to gain professional experience in human resources.
