Construction Management minor at NAU

What is a Construction Management minor?

This minor is designed for students wishing to complement their major program of study with practical foundational principles in construction, including a hands-on lab that emphasizes electrical and mechanical systems and concrete and masonry construction. Students will graduate with a much better understanding of how things around them are built.

Why minor in Construction Management?

Whether you want to build your own energy-efficient home or better understand what goes into the construction of everything from power plants and highways to hospitals and grocery stores, this minor provides the basics that you’ll need to know. You’ll have an opportunity to get your hands dirty building a mock up building and foundation system as part of a real construction team in our new Construct for Practice (C4P) Integrated Lab.
