Make your imprint!

From representational to abstract styles in oil or water-based media, printmaking allows you to explore innovative approaches to creating art through the transfer of imagery from one surface to another. Using processes like lithography, relief, intaglio, screen printing and monotype, you will unlock innovative possibilities and develop art that speaks to your world. Create art on paper, make books or build cutting-edge installations and interactive works all while embracing your personal journey, exploring global influences and developing your unique artistic vision.

NAU’s studio art program allows you to flourish in your chosen medium. By developing a sophisticated understanding of art principles and polishing your technical skills, your education will prepare you to leave your own vibrant, expressive mark on the world.
