Minds Online: Teaching Effectively with Technology, by Michelle Miller, Ph.D., was published in 2014 and earned widespread acclaim for its engaging, practical, and science-based approach to the incorporation of technology in education. The Mandarin translation of the book has now been completed by a team working from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. Copies will be available soon and plans are underway for Dr. Miller to speak to the Digital Education Dialogue group on the XuetangX MOOC platform to help promote the new translation.
Dr. Michelle D. Miller serves as Professor of Psychological Sciences and is a President’s Distinguished Teaching Fellow at Northern Arizona University. Dr. Miller’s academic background is in cognitive psychology; her research interests include memory, attention, and student success in the early college career.
