CHER Associate Professor, Samantha Sabo, was a member of the planning committee for the workshop “Immigration as a Social Determinant of Health.” CHER Director, Julie Baldwin, is a member of the Roundtable on the Promotion of Health Equity, which held this workshop. The purpose of the roundtable is to increase awareness of health inequities; continue to improve health research, policy, and programs; and build partnerships with new leaders and stakeholders.
