NAU Student Service Center

The Student Service Center is your one-stop shop for everything financial aid. Our friendly staff will help you navigate the world of scholarships and financial aid and answer all your questions—no appointment is necessary!

The Student Service Center is open 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday during normal university operational hours.

We’re located on the 1st floor of the Student Academic Services building, next to the Bookstore.

Dropping off documents

The majority of financial aid-related questions and requests should be processed through the Student Service Center.

However, if you are dropping off financial aid-related documents, please bring them to the 2nd floor of Gammage Hall, located on the west side of the historic North Quad.
