Language Clubs
Languages Clubs for Spanish, French, German, Italian, and future teachers offer participation in organizing and presenting a variety of language-specific cultural events or activities pertinent to the study and teaching of language. A club (see listing below) has a student leader and student participants who work with a faculty mentor.

Language Tables
We regularly sponsor conversation tables in different languages. These groups, facilitated by department faculty, meet regularly during the academic year at local restaurants or cafés to offer students and community members the chance to use their foreign languages skills in a relaxed and informal setting.

- Everyone is invited – students of all levels, staff, and community members.
- German (Marilya Reese / 928-523-9638): Stammtisch – Thursday evenings from 6:00-8:00pm at Ni Marco’s Pizza, except when closed for Christmas and New Year’s.
- French (Michael Rulon / 928-523-8571): La Table Française – September 26, October 31, and November 21 at 6:30 p.m. at Wildflower, 530 Picadilly Dr.
- Italian (Kevin Massoletti / 928-523-1236): La Serata – Every other week on Wednesdays at NiMarco’s on Beaver (this semester) from 6pm to 8:30pm: Sep. 18, Oct. 2, Oct. 16, Oct. 30, Nov. 13, Dec. 3 (Tuesday)
