Non-NAU student participation

Study abroad with NAU, no matter where you go to school

Non-NAU students are welcome to participate in a variety of NAU programs. Program webpages will indicate if a program is or is not available for non-NAU students under the “Restrictions” field. During the application process, non-NAU students will be asked to send a transcript to their education abroad advisor to be temporarily enrolled at NAU as a non-degree seeking student.

Non-NAU students can receive an NAU transcript for their program that can be used to transfer courses back to their home institution. Non-NAU students must check with their financial aid office at their home institution to see if financial aid or scholarships can be applied towards an NAU education abroad program.
