If you are a new online student, or a new Flagstaff Mountain transfer student, after you are admitted, you will be assigned to a mentor for your first semester at NAU.
However, we are still available if you want to connect with a person from our team after your first semester, so if you are interested in having a mentor meet with you again, or for the first time this semester, reach out to us at email@example.com if you are Flagstaff transfer student, or fill out the Online Mentor Request if you are an online student (nau.edu/transfer-online-connections/online-mentor-request/)

Where is the Transfer Lounge? Accordion Closed
The Transfer Lounge is located on the Flagstaff Mountain cmpus in the University Union Fieldhouse (Building 30) – 2nd Floor – Room 235.
The Transfer Lounge has a refrigerator, microwave, day lockers to use for 24 hours, TV, a Nintendo Switch to use in the space, four computers, a printer to use with your JacksCard, a charging station, and places to sit down to chat, study, or rest.

The Dean of Students team is administering a pilot project for reimbursement of qualified child care expenses through the Higher Education Child Care Project (HECCP) funded by the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) Division of Child Care through federal Child Care and Development Block Grant COVID-19 relief funds. The pilot project end date is June 30, 2024. The purpose of the NAU HECCP is to provide qualified child care assistance to income eligible graduate and undergraduate student-parents (of children age twelve (12) and under) who are enrolled full-time or part-time in any degree pathway who attend NAU at the Flagstaff Mountain Campus, any NAU Statewide location, NAU Online, or who are enrolled in the CCC2NAU Pathway Program.
