Will I be assigned to a Jacks Online or Transfer Jacks Peer Mentor? Accordion Closed

If you are a new online or statewide student, or a new Flagstaff Mountain transfer student, after you are admitted, you will be assigned to a mentor for your first semester at NAU.

However, we are still available if you want to connect with a person from our team after your first semester, so if you are interested in having a mentor meet with you again, or for the first time this semester, reach out to us at transferconnections@nau.edu if you are Flagstaff transfer student, or fill out the Online Mentor Request if you are an online/statewide student (nau.edu/transfer-online-connections/online-mentor-request/)

Where is the Transfer Lounge? Accordion Closed

The Transfer Lounge is located on the Flagstaff Mountain campus in the University Union Fieldhouse (Building 30) – 2nd Floor – Room 235.

The Transfer Lounge has a refrigerator, microwave, day lockers to use for 24 hours, TV, a Nintendo Switch to use in the space, four computers, a printer to use with your JacksCard, a charging station, and places to sit down to chat, study, or rest.
