The Jacks Online peer mentoring program pairs first-time online students at NAU with a Jacks Online peer mentor who is an experienced online student.
Our Jacks Online peer mentors want to connect with online students and help them navigate their transition to NAU. By participating in Jacks Online peer mentoring, online students will receive support in the areas of: academics, technology, student success resources, connection to community, and adaptability.
Although online students are assigned an online peer mentor in their first semester, mentoring can take place at any time in the online student journey. Contact us if you need us! And connect with us and other online students at NAU on Facebook and Instagram.
