NAU Music student Sage Bond points to poster outside of the concert series highlighting her performance at Carnegie Hall.

Indigenous musician Sage Bond recently debuted at Carnegie Hall, performing her original composition “Truth” as part of the National Concerts’ Let My Love Be Heard series. A musician, composer, and vocalist, Bond is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Music and a minor in Psychology at NAU while continuing to work on music projects with other Indigenous musicians. She aims to bring music education programs to her community through her degree, and is already a guitar teacher in the Navajo Nation with the Heartbeat Music Project.
