Northern Arizona University

Doctor of Physical Therapy

The NAU DPT program is a nationally ranked, accelerated program, designed to be complete in 2.5 years with 98 credit hours. The program is offered on both the Flagstaff Mountain and Phoenix Bioscience Core.

Our program will help you become a well-rounded generalist with an integrated understanding of the field—one that will prepare you for a wide variety of positions upon graduation. Successful completion of our competitive, nationally ranked program—and the licensure exam—will give you the qualifications to be a Doctor of Physical Therapy in any of the 50 states and territories.

The Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Northern Arizona University is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE), 3030 Potomac Ave., Suite 100, Alexandria, Virginia 22305-3085; telephone: 703-706-3245; email: accreditation@apta.org; website: http://www.capteonline.org. If needing to contract the program/institution directly, please call 928-523-5332 or email Physical.Therapy@nau.edu.
