Requirements:
Be enrolled full-time at the Flagstaff campus.
Be a student in good standing in the field of education (GPA 3.00).
Have completed at least the junior year of study.
Have career plans to become an educator.
Preference will be given to students during term of student teaching.

Must be student teaching in Flagstaff at the time of the scholarship award.

Must be enrolled in COE. Must be a junior or senior. Must have selected elementary-level or early childhood teaching as their intended career.

Legal resident of the US. Enrolled as an undergraduate student in COE. Preference for a full-time undergraduate student at NAU–Flagstaff. Must achieve and maintain a GPA of 3.00 or higher. Must demonstrate financial need.

Preference shall be given to women who come from the geographical area close to Sun City. Majoring in Education. Junior or senior standing. Minimum GPA of 3.00. Must demonstrate financial need.

Requirements:
Must be a first-year student who graduated from a Flagstaff area high school and is enrolled as a Pre-Education major. The recipient should demonstrate interest and ability to succeed both in the classroom and the community. Minimum GPA of 3.00. Financial need is not a consideration. If the student continues progress toward becoming a teacher, they will be awarded this scholarship annually for four years; if the student does not uphold these standards, the scholarship will be awarded to another first-year student.

Must be a full-time student (12 credit hours or more). Admitted to the Teacher Education Program. Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or above. Must be a US citizen.

Must be a senior or fifth-year student. Admitted into the Teacher Education Program. Resident of the state of Arizona. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above. Financial need is a primary consideration.

Requirements:
COE student conducting their student teaching semester. Demonstrated financial need (including not already receiving other significant aid such as the Lumberjack Scholarship). First-generation student. Student from traditionally underrepresented background.

Requirements:
Arizona resident. US citizen. Majoring in Elementary Education (K–8). Demonstrate academic excellence with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above. Demonstrate financial need to fulfill student teaching requirements. Demonstrate past and present community service.

Requirements:
Must be an undergraduate student at the sophomore level or above enrolled in COE. Minimum GPA of 3.00. Renewable for a maximum of three years if the award begins at the sophomore level, and/or prorated thereafter if initially awarded to a student above the sophomore level. Preference will be given to students who have not received other scholarships or gift aid (with the exception of a federal grant).

Enrolled in COE and majoring in Elementary Education. Full-time undergraduate student at NAU–Flagstaff. Scheduled to complete student teaching during one semester within the upcoming academic year. Demonstrates financial need to fulfill student teaching requirements. Demonstrates past and present community service.

Graduated from a Flagstaff district high school. Undergraduate majoring in Education. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00. Financial need not a primary consideration.

Requirements:
Must be a first-generation university student. Undergraduate student in COE at the NAU–Flagstaff campus. Cumulative GPA of 3.50 or above. Demonstrated financial need. Preference given to a student during their student teaching experience. Two $500 scholarships per academic year, one for each semester, and to a different student each semester.

Requirements:
Undergraduate student. Cumulative GPA of 2.50 or above. Admitted into the Teacher Education Program. Special consideration given to a student with financial need as determined by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid.

US citizen. Resident of the state of Arizona. Junior or senior student majoring in education. GPA of 3.00 or above.

Incoming freshman and recent graduate of Coconino High School in Flagstaff, Arizona. Enrolled full-time (12 credits or more per semester) at NAU–Flagstaff. Majoring in Elementary Education and/or Special Education.

Requirements:
Legal resident of the US. Enrolled as an undergraduate student in COE at NAU–Flagstaff. First preference for out-of-state students majoring in Elementary Education; if none available, then an in-state student majoring in Elementary Education at the NAU–Flagstaff can be substituted. Achieve and maintain a GPA of 3.00 or above.

Requirements:
US citizen. Enrolled as an undergraduate student in COE. Preference for a full-time student at NAU–Flagstaff; however, if a part-time student has unique health, financial, parental, or other compelling issues, consideration will be given to a part-time undergraduate student. GPA of 3.0 or higher. Demonstrate financial need.

Requirements:
Legal resident of the US. Undergraduate student in the COE. Cumulative GPA of 2.90 or above. Preference for a student that doesn’t receive other scholarships. Student is involved in something beyond the classroom (i.e., student athlete, community service, volunteer, paid employment, or other). Students that qualify for this scholarship will be required to complete a type-written creative response to two questions that will be supplied at a later time.

In the Teacher Education Program Elementary. Education major. Junior or senior standing. Scholastically able. Financial need is NOT to be a factor.

A COE student. Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student (12 or more credit hours). Have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 at the time of selection. US citizen.

In the Teacher Education Program. An Elementary Education major. Cumulative GPA of 2.50 or above. Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate (12 or more credit hours). Consideration of personal character (organizational activities, leadership roles, service to others, etc.) Preference to Arizona high school graduates. Must be a US citizen.

Requirements:
Junior or senior (60 completed credit hours or more). Majoring in Elementary Education. Cumulative GPA of 2.50. Preference shall be given to students with an impressive academic history and strong personal character.

Requirements:
Enrolled in 12 credit hours or more as an undergraduate. Majoring in a program in COE. Must be a member of a federally recognized Tribal Nation.

Requirements:
Graduate of an Arizona public high school. First-generation college student. Enrolled in good standing as a sophomore in COE. Demonstrate financial need. Have not previously received this scholarship, as it is not renewable.

Requirements:
Majoring in Educational Psychology. Demonstrated financial need.

Requirements:
Degree program of Educational Psychology, Educational Specialists. Majoring in School Psychology.

Requirements:
Graduate student. Must be enrolled as full-time (9 hours or more). Majoring in an academic discipline in COE. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00. US citizen.

Requirements:
PhD student accepted into the NAU Educational Psychology Program. Must have 3.50 GPA or higher. Written one page essay to identify: Who inspired them to attend college? How will this funding assist them? Describe their “pay it forward” story; what will they do with this degree and how will they help an upcoming student/generation? The following criteria are preferred and are to be applied when possible: First-generation college student. Currently serving or have served in the US Armed Forces.

Requirements:
Graduate student in Educational Leadership. US citizen. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

Requirements:
Graduate student majoring in Counseling. Arizona resident.

Requirements:
Research support for doctoral students (completed coursework and defended their prospectus) in the College of Education. Submission of the COE General Scholarship Application is not a requirement for consideration.

Requirements:
Admitted Educational Psychology student. GPA of 3.00 or higher.

Requirements:
An undergraduate student pursuing a major in Elementary or Secondary Education through the NAU Teacher Preparation Program. An undergraduate student majoring in any discipline at NAU. A graduate student enrolled in COE who is or will be working in Miami or Globe schools. Awards to graduate students will be set at $1,000 annually.

Requirements:
Senior or graduate student. Pursuing a degree in teaching. Resident of the state of Arizona. Demonstrates leadership skills. GPA of 3.00 or above. Financial need is a factor. AASRA makes the final decision on selection.

Requirements:
Attends NAU–Flagstaff. Declared intent to become an Education major. Have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above. Show a record of extracurricular involvement or community service. First preference will go to a member of the NAU football team; if no football team member is eligible, another NAU athletics member will receive preference.

Requirements:
Enrolled in Elementary education. Achieve and maintain a GPA of 2.50 or above.

Requirements:
Declared interest in becoming a business teacher. Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above. Preference given to students demonstrating financial need.

Requirements:
Enrolled in COE as an undergraduate or graduate student. Majoring in Special Education. Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00. Demonstrates financial need. Demonstrates excellence in leadership in extracurricular activities.

Requirements:
Must be majoring in Secondary Education.

Requirements:
Graduate from a Flagstaff district high school. Education major. Must be a US citizen. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 or above. Financial need is NOT a consideration.

Requirements:
Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above. Majoring in Special Education. Preference for single parents with school-age dependents. Preference for individuals from underrepresented populations.

Students must be majoring in Education via COE.

Requirements:
Must be an Arizona resident. Enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in the College of Education at NAU–Flagstaff. Earned a class standing of junior, senior, or graduate level. Demonstrated financial need. Rotate the scholarship through one of the four departments within the College of Education each year: First-year scholarship award will be from the Department of Teaching and Learning. Second year will be from the Department of Educational Specialties. Third year will be from the Department of Educational Psychology (graduate-level students only). Fourth year will be from the Department of Educational Leadership (graduate-level students only). Award presented to one student each year.

Requirements:
From Yuma County, Arizona. Preference will be given to those who are Continuing Education majors. Maintain a GPA of 3.00 or above. Active in school extracurricular activities or community service.

Requirements:
Financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid. Cumulative GPA of 3.00. If entering NAU from high school, must be in the top 20 percent of their graduating class. Education major.

Requirements:
Students must be residents of the State of Arizona. Enrolled in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education program. Must have 3.50 grade point average (GPA) or higher. Scholarship is renewable if other criteria continue to be met.

Requirements:
Enrolled as an Education major at NAU. Achieve and maintain a GPA of 2.80 or above. Preference will be given to graduates of a Flagstaff public high school.

Requirements:
Enrolled in the College of Education in the Rural American Indian Special Education Project (RAISE) or a similar project on a reservation. Are entering their student teaching semester. Demonstrate a commitment to teach on a reservation school in Arizona once they have earned their degree. Hold a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above. Preference given to students who are members of a Native American nation.

Undergraduate scholarship or graduate fellowship. Academic achievement or potential. Preference given to students with financial need. Preference given to residents of the state of Arizona. Preference given to Elementary Education majors.

Requirements:
Full-time undergraduate or graduate student. Enrolled in COE and majoring in Special Education. Undergraduate students must have a GPA of 2.50 or above; graduate students must have a GPA of 3.50 or above. Demonstrated financial need. Preference shall be given to: Arizona residents. Students who speak or are learning a second language, including American Sign Language. Students with personal experience or association with disabled persons. Students with a desire to teach in culturally diverse classrooms or communities.

Requirements:
Must have completed at least 30 credit hours. Eligible for admission to the Teacher Education Program. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above. Enrolled as a full-time student (12 or more credit hours undergraduate, 9 credit hours graduate). Must have financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office. Must be US citizen. Applicants who meet the above criteria and are single parents or returning to complete their education after a period of 10 or more years will be given preference for this scholarship award. Award may be renewed annually for the same student if the criteria continue to be met and the selection committee determine this to be appropriate.

Requirements:
Student majoring in Education. Financial need is not required. Student may apply for continuation of this scholarship as long as they continue to meet the eligibility award criteria. Preference given to a Teaching and Learning or Educational Specialties student.

Student in COE. Priority given to students who agree to conduct their student teaching experience at reservation sites or in schools with significant Native American enrollment.

Permanent resident of the state of Arizona. Junior, senior, or graduate standing; majoring in Educational Psychology. Meritorious student.

Majoring in Elementary Education. Admitted into the Teacher Education Program.

Accepted into the Teacher Education Program. Majoring in Special Education. Minimum GPA of 3.00 or above. Preference given to a student with financial need as determined through the Financial Aid Office. Preference given to a student from a traditionally underrepresented background.

Arizona resident. Currently enrolled in COE as a sophomore, junior, or senior, or pursuing graduate studies. Maintain a GPA of 3.00. Unmet financial need as determined by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid. May reapply for this scholarship. Preference for US military veteran.

Junior, senior, or graduate student majoring in Special Education. Preference will be given to a student who has a GPA of 3.00 or above. Preference given to a student with financial need as determined through the Office of Financial Aid.

Requirements:
Special Education major. Preference will be given, but is not limited, to undergraduate students. Students may apply for continuation of this scholarship as long as they continue to meet the eligibility award criteria.

Requirements:
Admitted into Teacher Education Program. Elementary Education major.

Requirements:
First-generation college student. Preference will be given to a student enrolled in COE at NAU–Flagstaff, but if unavailable, scholarship will be awarded to statewide COE student meeting all other criteria. Stated desire to serve as a classroom teacher. GPA of 3.00. Demonstrates financial need.

Requirements:
Must be at least 25 percent Native American. Must be enrolled and on the rolls of a federally recognized Tribe. Education majors will be given preference for this award. Must have a minimum GPA of 2.50.

Requirements:
First-generation college student. Preference will be given to a student enrolled in COE at NAU–Flagstaff, but if unavailable, scholarship will be awarded to statewide COE student meeting all other criteria. Elementary Education major. Stated desire to serve as a classroom teacher. GPA of 3.00. Demonstrates financial need. Non-renewable.

Requirements:
At the sophomore level or above. Enrolled at NAU–Flagstaff. GPA of 3.00 or above. Preferences: a. Undergraduate Elementary Education major with math and/or science emphasis. b. Undergraduate Elementary Education major with emphasis in another field. c. Students (graduate or undergraduate) who are pursuing teaching of reading as an endorsement to their teaching credential.

Enrolled in COE. Must be a resident of Yuma County, Arizona.
