Hello NAU Faculty! The College of Engineering, Informatics, and Applied Sciences invites you to submit an abstract for Flash Talk 3.0, October 19, 2023, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Aspen Conference Room, DuBois South Union.

Purpose Accordion Closed
The purpose of this collaboration and networking event is to bring together NAU faculty, investigators, and doctorate students from CEIAS, W.A. Franke College of Business, and the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences to discuss interests and open opportunities for dialogue and collaboration among participants.
Theme Accordion Closed
In alignment with NAU’s Elevating Excellence, the networking event’s theme is Impactful Scholarship, taking an interdisciplinary approach to advance knowledge and innovation while solving social issues.
Scope Accordion Closed
The scope of this event includes technology, entrepreneurship, and societal solutions.
Submission Accordion Closed
A 250 to 300 maximum word abstract that includes your biography, research/entrepreneurship interests, and collaboration ideas.
Deadline and Delivery Accordion Closed
Email your abstract to Nihal Sarikaya by October 5th, 11:59 p.m.
Publication Accordion Closed
Abstracts will be published in the event program and related website.
Program Agenda
- 11:00-11:30am: Keynote Speakers from each college.
- 11:30am-12:15pm: Group discussions amongst the faculty from the three colleges. Topics will be related to abstract themes.
- 12:15-1:00pm: Relationship building/Networking/Mingling among faculty members.
