The Yuma Educational Success (YES) exists because we believe a quality post-secondary education is the single-most effective strategy to ensure Arizona communities are prepared to meet the economic demands and social challenges of our time. A post-secondary education serves as the foundation for greater individual and collective prosperity, ensuring a more highly educated workforce is available to attract and fill higher paying, and economically diverse jobs and create greater stability, growth, and innovation.
