Yuma Union High School District has partnered with Arizona Western College (AWC) and Northern Arizona University (NAU) to support high school students in earning their bachelor’s degree. With the Yuma Educational Success (YES) program, you’ll be supported every step of the way and graduate ready to start your career.

- Comprehensive academic advising across educational institutions
- Financial planning, resources, and assistance to enable college completion
- Career development and planning services
- Transitional and career mentorship
- Internships, study abroad, research, and ePortfolio creation
- Bridge to Success experience—a two-week summer bridge program
- Family engagement opportunities
You may also be eligible to participate in:
- Paid internship opportunities for two academic years
- Presenting their research at a professional conference
- Study abroad
In order to qualify for program participation, you must meet the following criteria:
- Full-Time AWC Student
- Complete a FAFSA application
- Graduate of Yuma Union High School District
- Intend to transfer to Northern Arizona University
