Community Partner: Marca McCallie, LPC, NCC, MA; Founder and Therapist, Sage Home (non-profit treatment facility in Flagstaff)
Goal of Partnership: Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based interventions for mothers and their families experiencing substance use disorders in Northern Arizona.

Community Partner: Sue Smith, M.Ed; Statewide Prevention Coordinator, Arizona Department of Child Safety (Maricopa County)
Goal of Partnership: Yield a plan for developing evaluation methods to define and measure successful treatment outcomes and to determine predicting factors for success in the program. Promote program improvement in order to decrease the disparities for families engaged in foster care system, SENSE (Substance Exposed Newborn Safe Environment) program.

Community Partner: Melissa Palmer, MA; Nutrition & Health Promotion Manager, Mohave County Department of Public Health
Goal of Partnership: Increasing the amount of fresh fruit and vegetables being purchased and consumed in Golden Valley by 10%. Alleviating insufficient access to fresh fruits and vegetables by partnering with a local convenience store to incorporate the sale of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Goal of Partnership: Identify best practices for service learning for youth with intellectual and/or development disabilities (IDD) in order to develop a stronger network of available service learning opportunities for youth with IDD.
