Community Partner: Dr. Alicia Rodrigues-Pla, Mayo Clinic of Arizona

Goal of Partnership: This project aims to explore nutritional and microbiome related health equity research opportunities in northern Arizona through the development of a relationship between Northern Arizona University and the Mayo Clinic of Arizona.
