Online resources and help desk
Tier I: Self-help tutorials, knowledge base articles, and instructional videos are updated frequently, available online, and cover many topics.
Tier II: The ITS Service Desk (LMS-Faculty-Help@nau.edu) has extended hours, and handles basic questions.
Tier III: More complex problems are escalated to the NAU Online instructional designers, who work one-on-one with instructors to solve problems and develop teaching and learning strategies.
