Benefits for partner organizations

NAU offers over 200 program options that range from affordable bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees to certificate programs across more than 20 statewide locations and online.

Employees of partner organizations receive a 10 percent tuition reduction for statewide and online undergraduate programs, and all graduate programs. Students have dedicated NAU admission representatives and academic advisors who provide one-on-one guidance and support.

Convenient degree programs are designed for working adults and include:

  • condensed classes
  • evening classes
  • hybrid formats
  • online classes
  • and small class sizes

Additionally, NAU has a variety of ways to serve and support the education community:

  • Bachelor’s and master’s degree programs that lead to a teaching certification are available. Through the Arizona Teachers Academy, eligible students in a teaching certification program can receive a scholarship to cover tuition and fees after other gift aid has been applied.
  • The Arizona K–12 Center provides programs and workshops to support and mentor teachers, including National Board Certification.
  • Teachers who want to be academically prepared to work in school administration, including preparing to obtain a principal or superintendent certification, can enroll in online or evening programs.
  • School counseling and psychology programs are available. Both degree options are offered in a cohort model and provide supportive learning environments for students to earn their degrees.

Transfer students

Transfer students are encouraged to use our JacksPath tool to learn more about how credits transfer to NAU, track degree progress, and which courses are required for each degree path. Students attending a community college can also use the tool to optimize their academic journey.

Transfer students may also join 2NAU for reduced community college tuition rates, access to NAU resources, and merit-based scholarships of up to $1,000 per term.

NAU accepts up to 90 transfer credits for select bachelor’s degree options.
