How much is the TRPP discount?
NAU is offering a 10% reduction in tuition to eligible students.
Who is eligible for the TRPP?
You are eligible for the TRPP if you are employed by one of NAU’s partners and enrolled in an eligible program. Eligible programs include all graduate certificates, master’s degrees, and doctorate degrees, as well as online and statewide undergraduate programs. Personalized Learning programs are not eligible.
Please note that the Tuition Reduction Partnership Program cannot be combined with other discounts provided by NAU. Additionally, some programs are not included in this tuition reduction program, including the Center for International Education, Exchange Programs, Study Abroad, eTRP for State University employees/spouses/dependents, and DOD Tuition Rate, among others. How can I take advantage of TRPP?
For employees of partner organizations to participate they must apply each semester, remain currently employed, and meet and maintain the admission and academic requirements for an approved program.
What do I do if I cannot load the TRPP form? What if I get an error message when trying to upload my documents?
- This form must be completed using a computer with the Edge, Firefox, or Chrome internet browser. The form will not work using a phone or the Safari browser. If the form is not in color, then clear your internet browser’s cache and cookies.

How do I know my tuition reduction has been applied?
- You can verify your status by logging into your LOUIE account and checking “student financials.”
Can I apply the reduction to previous semesters of enrollment at NAU?
We are unable to apply the reduction retroactively to semesters that have already ended.
Can my dependent(s) participate in TRPP?
The tuition reduction program is only available for you, the employee. However, we are glad to assist your family members with exploring our programs and other financing and scholarship opportunities. Contact a Student Recruitment Coordinator for further assistance.
What if I leave my organization?
If you leave your organization while enrolled at NAU, your tuition reduction will remain in place for the current semester in which you are enrolled.
