Submitted requests include bus shelter poster design review requests and bus shelter location approval and assignment requests. Once you go through this process, you will receive a bus shelter approval form stating that the bus shelter poster is approved with the locations and timing of the placements. This bus shelter approval form is required for you to order your poster(s) from Printing Services and have them placed across campus at the designated locations. Bus shelter posters are 24” wide x 36” high. They are hung and removed on the 1st and the 15th of each month. They are installed for at least one month, you can request they hang for longer, but it depends on the availability of the locations around campus.
