How can I get tickets? Accordion Closed
Ticketing for all events at our venues is through the NAU Central Ticketing Office.
Where is the ticketing office and what are their hours? Accordion Closed
The Central Ticketing Office is located in the University Union during their business hours, Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Summer hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
For ticketed events, CTO is on-site within the hour leading up to the event.
Where can I park, and does it cost anything to park on campus? Accordion Closed
There are numerous places to park on campus near our venues, including the lot behind Cline Library and the Knoles Parking Garage. Community members attending campus events on Fridays after 4:30 pm and on the weekends a can park without a permit. To view parking details, please visit the NAU Guest Parking site.
How can I go about booking an event in Ardrey Memorial Auditorium, Ashurst Hall or Kitt Recital Hall? Accordion Closed

How long are most of your events? Accordion Closed
Most concerts run between 1.5-2 hours.
Are food or drink allowed in Ardrey Memorial Auditorium, Ashurst Hall or Kitt Recital Hall? Accordion Closed
Only bottled water is allowed in our venues. Ashurst Hall does allow catering through Sodexo.
Can I take a tour of Ardrey Memorial Auditorium? Accordion Closed
We are not currently doing in person tours but you can do a digital tour of the stage by taking the Virtual Tour.
Are pets allowed inside the venues? Accordion Closed
Pets are not allowed inside Ardrey, Ashurst or Kitt Recital Hall unless they are a certified service animal.
Is there a dress code? Accordion Closed
There is no formal dress code for events in our venues.
