
Undergraduate Breezy Brock has devoted her educational career to studying infectious diseases.
Breezy Brock is a Microbiology major with a career goal of obtaining both a PhD in Microbiology and a DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) with board certification in veterinary pathology. She hopes to research host-pathogen interactions at a cellular level in animals and humans, developing new means for disease prevention. She was recently named a Goldwater Scholar.

My time at NAU has come to mean growth, change, knowledge, and service. Through my research endeavors, I have been able to offer the people of the Navajo Nation vital information regarding trace metals found in the soil of their lands.
