Volunteer Hours

A minimum of 250 volunteer and/or relevant paid human service hours.

Process for Approval  

This pre-requisite requirement:

• The timeframe of the volunteer/paid human service hours does not have a time limit.
• A specific logging of hours does not need to be submitted but can be reflected in the resume including specific details of human service components.
• Can be completed up until the end of the first year in the MSW program.

If you believe that you have fulfilled this requirement and would like an evaluation:

• Email Natalie.Randolph@nau.edu, MSW Coordinator, for an evaluation.
• Include a detailed position description, specifically the human interaction component.
