Troubleshoot References on your MSW Application
You may view the status of your letters by going to https://www.applyweb.com/northazg/index.ftl and selecting the “Review your Activity” link. The display will list your recommenders, indicate if they have started the letter, and if the letter is in progress or has been completed. To the far right you will also see an “Action” button with a drop down menu. This will allow you to select either “Edit/Change This Recommender” or “Send Reminder and Link.” The reminder link will provide instructions to the recommender as to where/how to submit the LOR.
Also, if a recommender has not received a request, please instruct the recommender to check their junk mail as the security settings on individual email accounts may be blocking the delivery of the request. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control security blocks. If the recommender has provided a work/professional email with high security settings, perhaps the recommender will provide a personal email address which you can then edit and resend the request via the instructions above.
