Please note that if you are NAU faculty and have been asked to sign any binding document by collaborators at another institution or by industry partners (such as a Non-Disclosure, Material Transfer, Collaboration, Sponsored, or other contract or agreement), you must have the document reviewed, approved, and executed by an NAU official with delegated contract signatory authority. If you do not have delegated contract signatory authority, you may not sign any contract, agreement, or other document that would bind the Arizona Board of Regents and NAU. Failure to follow university policies regarding contracts may result in an employee’s personal liability.
