Primary functions and responsibilities
Goal 1: Student access and success
1.a. Generate awareness and consideration among prospective students
1.b. Collaborate with internal partners to provide strategic enrollment and retention support
1.c. Support NAU initiatives recognizing student achievement
1.d. Support student success via student worker and internship programs
1.e. Promote and leverage Hispanic-Serving Institution designation
Goal 2: Research and discovery
2.a. Promote the Research Enterprise
2.b. Promote student research
Goal 3: Commitment to Native Americans
3.a. Increase prospective Native American student inquiries/leads
3.b. Develop and sustain an integrated approach to communications with NA populations
3.c. Support Native American student retention
