Rates for the 2026–27 academic year
Here’s what to expect for housing costs during the 2026–27 academic year (August–May). All rates are per student and split into six equal payments (three per semester). For full terms and details, check the housing license agreement.
Rent charges for the fall semester are due:
- August 17, 2026
- September 15, 2026
- October 15, 2026
Rent charges for the spring semester are due:
- January 4, 2027
- February 15, 2027
- March 15, 2027
