Find accommodation information
At Northern Arizona University, we’re committed to making Commencement ceremonies accessible to everyone. Learn more about student and guest accommodation procedures for the upcoming ceremony.

Students
If you are a graduate who requires reasonable accommodations due to a disability to participate in commencement exercises, please contact the Disability Resources Office at 928-523-8773 or DR@nau.edu. Requests for accommodation should be made as early as possible, preferably at least one week prior.
If you have any guests coming who require ADA Accessible Seating, please reserve an ADA ticket for any guest plus one companion. ADA tickets can be reserved through the Graduate RSVP and Ticket Requests form (open March 3 – March 28).

Guests
The Skydome has ADA accessible seating with companion seating for individuals using wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and/or seated walkers. Guests who need accessible seating accommodations must have their student select reserved tickets for the accessible seating areas of the Skydome. Please select tickets in quantities of two (2) for this ticket type to provide one ticket for the guest using the mobility device and one companion.
The Skydome also has designated first come, first served seating for those who have trouble negotiating stairs, which can be accessed with a general admission ticket. While it will be necessary to have a ticket for an ADA accessible seating area, guests with accessible seating tickets may use that ticket in any of the five (5) designated ADA accessible seating sections. We recommend that individuals who need accessible seating arrive when the doors open 90 minutes before the ceremony in order to select seats in the accessible seating area of their choice; the accessible seating areas can fill quickly and are also first come, first served.

Parking
The parking lot for the Skydome (P66) is reserved for individuals with disabilities and special guests. Use this map indicating the location of the Skydome and parking lot P66.
