Our student-provided, faculty-supervised clinics deliver accessible care in dental hygiene, speech-language-hearing, and physical therapy to help individuals and families across Northern Arizona stay healthy and build confidence while supporting the education of the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Dental Hygiene Clinic
Keep your smile healthy with affordable preventive dental care. Services include cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments, and sealants, all focused-on prevention and long-term oral health.
Community programs
Smile for Veterans
Complimentary preventive care for veterans aged 60 and older.
Coconino County Preventive Care Voucher Program
Reduced-cost services for income-qualified adults.
Kiddie Clinics
Free preventive dental hygiene services for children ages 4 to 13, helping kids learn healthy habits and gain early confidence in oral care.
Fees
We offer a flat fee that includes your cleaning, exam, x-rays, and fluoride. We do not accept or bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of check-in.

- NAU students, alumni, faculty, staff: $65
- Senior citizens (65+): $65
- Children 13 and under: $45
- Sealants: $5 per tooth

Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic
Offering care for all ages, the clinic provides evidence-based evaluation and therapy for speech, language, and hearing needs; helping clients communicate confidently.
Services
The NAU Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic provides a variety of screenings, evaluations, and therapy services to support individuals of all ages. All services are offered in English and Spanish, ensuring accessible, personalized care tailored to each client’s needs. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Fees
Speech and language services are offered on a fee-for-service basis, with options to help clients access care. Forms are available to submit to private insurance for possible reimbursement (reimbursement is at the client’s discretion). Scholarships and discounted fees for NAU students, staff, and faculty help make expert care more accessible.
Hearing services are contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare. All other insurances are billed as a courtesy.

Physical Therapy Clinic
Improve mobility, build strength, and prevent injury with personalized physical therapy. We support patients in achieving functional goals and maintaining long-term wellness.
Eligibility and fees
Three physical therapy visits are provided pro-bono to those who are uninsured, underinsured or otherwise financially challenged in their access to physical therapy. Donations are gratefully accepted.
