The NAU Community Dance Academy office is located in the NAU Ponderosa Building (Building 92).

Please note: Our doors remain locked during the day and evening in order to better protect our students. If you would like to stop by the academy, please be sure to call ahead and let us know you are coming.

Cancellation and closures

Class cancellations/Campus closures

Academy activities may be canceled in the event of severe weather that creates hazardous driving or parking conditions. If NAU closes campus due to the weather, we will be closed as well. To check on NAU’s weather and campus status, please visit NAU Emergency Management.

There is a chance we may cancel classes even when the NAU campus is open. This is usually due to dangerous parking lot conditions or the inability of our teachers to make it to campus. We will always send out an email about cancellations, but please call the academy if you are unsure.
